Regional Manager - Sales - LRM/HT Motor - Western Region

The person will be responsible to handle LRM / HT Motor as Product for western region.

Education : B.E Electrical full time

Location : Mumbai

Team : 6 ppl on Area / Territory manager

- To Drive Sales and Marketing efforts for achieving Budgeted Regional Sales, Order Input, DTR for Profitable Growth.

- Take and Implement Leadership strategies for maintaining and increasing Market Share by penetrating in existing accounts and increasing new / competitors accounts.

- To Collaborate with Divisional Marketing, Finance, Sales Commercial, Service, Quality for achieving overall customer satisfaction and company goals / objectives.

- To Manage and Motivate Team, assess training needs; drive them to perform at best of capabilities by consistently improving their efficiency.
