Job Description
- Manage a team of 2-3 team leads and 15-20 sales reps to grow our current enterprise business 5x
- Improvise upon existing sales process and analysing each deal to improve conversion rates, number of closures each month and ARR
- Set targets, motivate the team to meet and exceed targets
- Ongoing training to ensure process adherence, product and solution-based selling
- Work closely with the customer success and account management team to ensure zero churn and 100% renewals on existing accounts
- Pilot and Open up new cities in the region.
- Work closely with the product teams to ensure market requirements are mapped, prioritized and executed
- Understand local/regional competition and develop playbooks to win the market
Required Skills :
- 8+ years of experience, with proven capability of building and leading sales teams
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience having worked in SaaS companies, working with senior leadership to develop and grow markets, with demonstrated success
