- A person must have had a minimum of 8-10 years experience in General Insurance. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals driving business growth, developing and implementing sales plans and strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships.
- The Regional Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives
- Responsible for business and employee management Decision making for the profitability of the area assigned.
- Managing / Monitoring and providing product information to teams. Interacting with team members Agents and Advisers also motivates them to work. Arranging sessions and retaining corporate clients.
- Adding new inventions to the business and initiating new assignments. Person precisely managing the acquisition of Small MFI & NBFC. Candidate should not be from an agency/Banca background.
