We are handling a role with one of our leading client @ Retail Space
- Design and implement the annual business plan for the region - incorporating the sales & distribution strategy by brand
- Manage P&L for the region and ensure profitable business by optimizing cost of sales including the spends on trade schemes, BTL promotions, incentive structures and working capital
- Drive efficiency through implementation of technology, process adherence and effective tracking mechanisms to enhance team's productivity
- Setting up distribution network, identifying channel partners
- Retailer mapping for assigned territories
- Activation implementation & Promotion.
- Strong Sales, Business Development & Key account management.
- Strong leadership and building consumer market for the brands.
- Minimum 6 to 10 Years experience from TOP FMCG Companies like ITC, Britannia, UNILEVER, Colgate etc..
- MBA from premier B Schools only.
