Job Description - While reporting to the National Sales Head, this person, along with their team, will be responsible for sales of the entire north region of the country.

- Our client is one of the world's leading food production and distribution companies.
- They are a highly growing brand and are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for North, to be based out of their Head Office in Gurgaon.
Description :
Reporting directly to the National Sales Head, the key responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager for North will be:
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders and establish a sales goal for the region
- Coordinate with distributors, customers and other departments to maintain efficiency
- Setting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals along with preparing and maintaining the sales budget
- Develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team
- Manage the sales team and assist them as and when required in order to maximise sales revenue
- To ensure that sales systems and processes are in place and being used effectively
Profile :
A successful candidate would be one with:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the food and beverge industry
- Sound knowledge of sales and administration processes
- Sound knowledge of the North market
- Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- MBA from a reputed institute
