Job Purpose:
Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables
Principal Accountabilities:
- B2C Sales channel sales in an open distribution model.
- Sales and distribution for cluster (more than 1 state).
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets, category and share objectives.
- Plan and execute local trade marketing programs.
- Deliver numeric distribution objectives for direct and indirect distribution.
- Manage customer payments and debtor objectives.
- Manage a team of Sales Executives and Salesforce (10-15 company employees) through resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery.
- Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.
Preferred candidate profile:
- MBA from premier institute. Graduation from any discipline
- At least 4 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with team management & customer management skills
- Experience with reputed B2C companies in leadership positions in their segments
- Industry preference FMCG/Foods/Paints/Lubes/Tyres/Consumer durables
