Distributor Management:
- Analyze and ensure distributor's appointment and robust distribution of products
- Develop relationship management with trade partners and ensure proper guidance to them.
- Need to understand fund requirements from the market to achieve desired business.
- Ensure required infrastructure is available with Distributor to meet volume targets
- Driving Sales - Annual budget preparation and sales planning for the region.
- Business planning & regional strategy.
- Market intelligence and responsible for proper reporting / feedback on competitors- activities and suggestion for improvement.
- Find out new business opportunities for overall business growth and retain the agreed market share.
- Coordination between C&FA, Company and indenting logistics stock management
- Periodical sales review and analysis.
- Financials - Debtors control & recovery of outstanding
- Ensure sufficient BG/SD is available for achieving business volume
- Ensure availability of Stock and managing stock ageing
- Workforce Management - Building Team thru recruitment program
- Guiding & motivate sales team to achieve sales target
- Regular assessment & review of performance on regular interval
- Ensure Sales policies are followed across the region
- Capability building of sales team
- Brand Building & Business Development - Ensure brand building in the region
- Planning / approval / execution of BTL activities & expenses in the region.
- Ensure implementation of consumer-related promotional activities.
- Find out new business opportunities for overall business growth and retain the agreed market share.
