Regional Manager - Sales - FMCD - South Region

Looking for Regional Sales Manager - South based at Chennai for leading MNC FMCD Company.

Job Description:-

- P&L Head for the region, managing Sales and Distribution, Marketing and Logistics.

- Handling Sales and Distribution for the region.

- Responsible for revenue growth, market share, distributor network, talent management and succession planning.

- Driving the Territory Sales Revenue Targets

- Sales & Distribution : Identifies Distributor, helps build their organization and responsible for capability building

- Supervision & implementation of on ground marketing programmes for assigned region and lead sales execution across the region.

- Identify on-ground business issues: Monitor & audit daily business Issues & provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame

- Identify opportunities: maximising business relationships & tapping market information by gathering competitors- info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc.) and regularly update the sales force teams

- Monitor & track Trade Budgets.

- Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and management of Managers to accomplish specific objectives.

Other Skillset :

- Good written & oral communication skills

- Computer literacy is a must - Excellent on MS Office

- Ability to analyze & interpret data and make presentations

- People Manager skills

- Problem Solving & Forecasting skills

- Strategy Execution
