Job Description

Reporting to the National Head, you will be responsible for-

- Setting up the team for merchant acquisition and track progress against plan by implementing strong processes & review mechanism using well - defined metrics

- Developing in-depth understanding of Key Accounts of different industry verticals like FMCG, Lifestyle, Health sector etc.

- Plan, assess & implement monetization avenues and ensure effective deployments, training and farming of merchants acquired

- Monitor competition activity in key accounts and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 campus with excellent academic record

- Ideal candidate should have worked with any e-commerce company and built effective distribution business from scratch

- Someone with 5+ years- work experience in any payment wallet company, e- commerce company, consumer tech company and built the offline channel from scratch is a strong fit for the role
