Started in 1991, then a small enterprise and now a foremost organization in Indian Filtration Industry, the company is housed in Ahmedabad with manufacturing unit in Gandhinagar. The company is considered to be the epitome in Filtration Industry with clients across length & breadth of Indian Sub-Continent. They have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with boasts of best of the designers and engineers. The company has 60% female employees.
The company has over 100 filtration products with a presence in commercial and domestic premises. The company was started by the current Founder & MD, which is being taken in 5th gear by his son. The son is running at a greater speed and is trying to venture into the B2C market. The son is a designer himself, with the help of the product designing team has come up with high-end water filtration products for household products, very niche products. For this venture, the company is looking for a suave sales guy to handle its B2C vertical, to start with Gujarat State as its territory. The candidate needs to understand that this particular B2C venture is an off-shoot of the parent company and hence is very nascent. And hence it's kind of a startup, a new starting in a new domain (B2C). This means that the person joining the company in Regional Manager role has to get his / her hands dirty. But there is no doubt, challenges are immense and the scope of personal growth - in terms of earning money & other - is paramount. Kindly note that at the initial period there won't be any reporting team given to this role.
The company currently has 60+ employees with 40 Cr turnover.
The expectation from the candidate:
1. To sell the company's filtration systems across Gujarat State.
2. To sell the company's filtration systems in gated communities, societies.
3. Meeting builders, contractors, architects, dealers & distributors.
4. Travel across length & breadth of Gujarat State.
5. Pick up the phone and start calling - start meeting people and start selling filtration products.
6. A very enthusiastic person who understands different modes/channels of sales.
7. Target based work.
8. Daily Reporting.
9. It's a startup within an established SME. You need to get your hands dirty. You need to pick up the phone and get things moving.
Salary
Upper Cap: 15 LPA - 20 LPA (it is depended on your current package and expertise level in sales.)
Reporting to CEO.
An ideal candidate
1. We are expecting to hire a person who is a local of Ahmedabad City. He / She should know localities, societies, and areas of Gujarat.
2. The person should know Gujarati, Hindi, and English fluently.
3. Should have a suave & polished personality.
4. Should have experience of selling high-end products. For example luxury cars, luxury watches, luxury sanitary wares, other luxury items. (our B2C products are costly and are considered to be top-end and luxury.)
5. Should have the hunger for closing deals.
