Position Title: Regional Manager- Sales ( North, West)
Reporting to- Head of Sales, but for respective P&L it Will report to the Business Head
Location: Delhi/ Mumbai
Qualification : Any Graduate (Preferably an MBA in Marketing )
Experience : 10-15 Years (Exposure in ) connected to Engineering Education campuses.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. To create new customers in the Geographical area in reference for the business
2. Create leads for new projects / lead generation
3 Ensure repeat orders and growth.
4. Sensing business opportunities & realizing them for the organization
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Domain Knowledge
- Has to have in-depth knowledge and experience in B2B Sales in E Learning
- Must have good connect with Engineering Campuses in the region
- Commercial acumen
- Should have solutioning mindset, ability to understand customer pain points and work backwards with Production team to ensure success
- Defining competitive marketing strategies to achieve sales and bring business.
- Expected to be well updated on E-learning platform

d. Should have proven record of securing orders.
