Responsibilities
The Job entails to aggressively oversee the product penetration with excellent product mix ratio and adding channel distributors across the territory and achieve agreed sales volumes from GT Markets.
The following would be the main objective of the job:
Top-line Achievement of assigned Area : Achieve business targets w.r.t. Secondary and Primary Sales.
Business Development : Responsible for developing and expanding Sales and Profitability of the company in the assigned area.
People Management : Motivate and lead the team of Area Sales Managers ( ASMs), Area Sales Executives (ASEs), Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), Territory Sales In charge (TSIs) to ensure achievement of Sales and Infrastructure targets.
- Channel Management : Build up, manage and support distributor network in the markets
- Handle team of Sales Manager
- Formulating strategy on how to expand distribution channel
- Managing distribution related issues
- Motivating, directing team for increasing the distribution
- Managing over all business operations.
- Handling distribution for entire South
