Designation: Regional Sales Development & Trade Marketing Manager (RSDTM)

Reports to : RSM

No of Position:-1

Location:- Chennai (Entire South) Location

Industry Preference:- FMCG (Food/ Non-Food)

CTC : - Depend on Current CTC

Pre-requisite :

- Essential Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with a degree in Management from top 20 reputed institutes

Experience :

- 4-8 years of experience should be in FMCG/Consumer Goods companies, Should have spent at least 2-4 years in Sales Development & Trade Marketing roles in reputed FMCG companies

Implementation of Sales IT Initiatives

a. DMS & SFA

b. Dashboards and Reporting

Implementation of Go To Market Plans

a. Outlet Addition

b. Distributor Consolidation

c. Distributor Capability enhancement

d. Rural Expansion

Implementation of Training and Capability Calendar through Stakeholders

a. On The Job Training

b. Classroom pieces of training

c. SR Capability

Region level Productivity of Frontline Salesmen

Management of Trade marketing Initiatives

a. POSM execution

b. Distribution Drives

c. Monthly initiative Calendar and Activities

NPD Launches :

a. Distribution and Visibility Execution

- Management of Trade Marketing Schemes

- Trade Loyalty (Wholesale/Self Service) and Channel Partner Loyalty Programs

- Competition activity Tracking on a Monthly level
