Position Title - Regional Sales Development Manager
Reports To - Sales Development & Capability Lead, India
Department - Sales
Objective Of The Position:
- GTM-GO TO MARKET & the strategies to go for new ways of business from different channels
- Strategizing and Implementing different Pilot Projects to Increase the depth and width of distribution and business
- Ensuring in increasing the numeric distribution, market share, weighted distribution & SAH.
- Coordinating with Regional Sales Head and Zonal Business Manager to enhance the sales performance and productivity of the team by strengthening their key skills.
- Strategizing & introducing new sales development initiatives and pilot projects to improve sales.
- Implementing specific plans by location and flashing data dashboards periodically for Market Execution Metrics
- Conducting classroom modules for training of the front line; analysing the numeric distribution and prioritizing the market.
- Devising the yearly budgeted initiatives and new geography for the team.
- Directing marketing operations to increase market reach/Share & product penetration by conceptualizing and executing sales promotion schemes and developing direct customer relationships for new customers.
- Planning and implementing sales strategies and guiding teams to achieve sales (direct/ channel) & distribution targets in the assigned region.
- Analysing competitor's activities & market trends, updating the same to the company platform and extending the plan of action.
- Strategizing for augmenting sales & revenue in line with the defined policy of the company.
- Developing, reviewing and reporting on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives were well understood and executed by the team.
- Impacting organisation profitability through effective strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development.
- Supporting the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns.
- Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding the business reach and creating new sales/leads opportunities.
- Interacting with prospects and maintaining cordial business relationships with key clients
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education / Certification: Master's in business administration from a reputed School.
Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in channel & distribution, go-to-market strategy, territory growth & expansion etc.
