Regional Manager - Sales Development & Trade Marketing - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We're looking for candidates with a Minimum of 3+ Years of experience in Sales development

Important Know-How:

- Must have experience in designing and implementing General Trade strategies and managing sales operations at the regional level

- Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing trade marketing initiatives.

- Should have experience in Southern market dynamics, cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape.

- Should have the aptitude for learning, articulative and willing to travel across the regions (30 - 40% a month).

Preferred Candidates:

- Looking for a MBA candidates with 3+ years of experience from Premium Institutes.
