Other - Major experience in General Trade, Modern Trade., Open to travel, Should have experience of BA management, The person would be handling the complete south business of the Brand
Key Result Areas
1. Responsible for achieving Volume and value target. Achieving Primary/ Secondary & Tertiary sales Targets(s) of the whole South region,
2. Conceptualize, plan, implement & monitor Sales Business strategies to achieve growth in sales,
3. Analyzing latest marketing trends, competitors and providing valuable inputs for sales & marketing strategies in the region,
4. Sales Forecast - Preparation of sales forecasts Zone-wise/ product-wise, segment-wise, and Plan,
5. Building capability of manpower in his/her respective region,
6. Responsible for distribution collection targets of the region,
7. Increase profitability through New Initiatives, Innovations,
8. Responsible for Performance Management of the manpower in the region,
9. Increase brand promotion, visibility, awareness in the region,
10. Monitoring in selecting, appointing and training, and performance of distributors
