Job description:
- Achieve sourcing targets for Consumer Product Finance (CPF) loans from all retail formats in the assigned area.
- Manage key relationships with merchants & dealers along with Key Account Managers.
- Ensure resource productivity targets are met consistently.
- Manage large sales teams consisting of Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
- Manage sales process compliance at an Area level.
- Manage administration for area level offices.
Key Result Areas (Job responsibilities):
- Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the area as per AOP.
- Responsible for developing & driving sales productivity for the Sales area.
- Achieve POS opening targets at large/Medium/Small stores & Key Accounts/LFR.
- Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to the sales team to ensure sales teams exceed the target.
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with the team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action
- Understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to the product team
- Responsible for the quality/risk of business acquired/portfolio within the sales area.
- Initiate and drive process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience
- Recruitment and training of sales teams
- Provide support to the collections team
Academic Qualifications Required: -Graduate/MBA/ PG
