Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures. Also responsible for driving the overall P&L for the region (Revenue, Assets, Collection & ROTA)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales channels and design periodical incentive schemes for the regional sales team
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and meet regional sales targets by conducting sales/promotion activities
- Monitor market intelligence and developments by conducting field visits and meeting consumer durable manufacturers & dealers
- Oversee collection efforts for the region and manage the loss line
- Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and interaction with credit team regarding customer applications
- Manage relationship with manufacturers; participate in periodic reviews
- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market
- Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales
Experience
10 - 12 years of experience in handling sales & collections in Consumer Durable Loans
Functional Competencies
- Industry insights & knowledge of regulations around Consumer Loan business
- Relationship / Key account management with CD Manufacturer / Dealers
- Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills
