Role - Regional Manager - (Delhi, Haryana, Central UP, UP, Western UP, North UP & UK)
Location - DelhiMinimum Education - MBAIndustry - FMCD/FMCG Details : 1) Execute the sales strategies across categories and channels
2) Tracking daily sales MIS and Output, competitor activities
3) Getting deeper into secondary sales of the distributors / WD and analysing distributor's performance including the quality of distributors in terms of space, manpower, market relationship, penetration and keep identifying and implementing changes as and when required.
4) Working along with the branch manager to see District wise and channel wise output
5) Planning and executing on gaps that occur in terms on Market Potential Value and actual sales delivered
6) Responsibility for Output per person in terms of productivity
7) Streamlining the flow of information between various departments of the company in regards to sales
8) Identifying virgin markets or not so developed markets and strategies the same including reshuffling of resources
9) Becoming an expert of the region and being able to step in BM's shoes in case of gaps.
10) Developing and nourishing retail, Modern trade and other alternate channels
