About the vacant role:
Will be responsible for managing sales and marketing in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Telengana and Karnataka, based at Hyderabad
Key result areas are :
- achievement of sales volumes, product mix, debtors and inventory control.
- Responsibilities also include appointment of C & FAs, Distributors & development of retail network as per company plans, control of revenue expenditure within the budget and administration of the sales force, comprising of Area Managers, Sales Executives and DSRs. Should have the ability to train and develop people.
- The incumbent should be a graduate, preferably a Mechanical Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Automobile Engineer/MBA, in mid-thirties, with experience of 12 to 15 years in the lubricant / spare parts industry, especially in the above States. He should have
- Good knowledge of the Automobile industry and the Lubricants industry in the country
- Knowledge of products/ pricing
- A pleasant personality with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with the senior members within the organization and outside.
- Initiative, drive and result oriented approach with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving excellent business results.
