Overview of the position:

- It is a Middle Level of management, that work as a Bridge between Top Management and Front Level Team.

- Determining the Operational Practices entails performing reviews of each store as per Territory Managers and Area Managers in the respective region along with the alignment of the organizational objectives with its revenue and productivity.

Business Development

The Regional Manager - Operations is usually actively involved in Interview Process and ensuring each store runs smoothly, cleanly, complies with all legal norms and in marketing campaigns to meet sales goal.

RM-Ops to create and maintain budgets for the respective region that will sync with organizational goal.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Work and sync with Top Management in order to develop and implement new plans to enhance operations of the organization at large.

- Help to improve the efficiency of support functions/services like communication channels

- Responsibly to create and maintain regional budgets.

- It involves evaluating current and potential procedures and implementing changes as per company requirements.

- Business Development by opening new stores and open new catchments for business.

- Highly recommended, Regular Coordination with BOOT team (NSO - team) for new area development, layout of new stores, business projections, staff projections, etc.

- Maintain relationship with all land-lords and franchise owners by communicating regularly.

- Liaising with Local Govt. Authorities in coordination with Legal department

- Involved in Interview Process with HR while requirement of new staff, establish work schedules and evaluate staff performance after specified period.

- Enable employees to reach their potential by mentoring them and creating a work conducive environment.

- Improve and assist in developing new operations procedures and policies and implement regional process and practices to achieve company goals and objectives.

- Coordinate, monitor and manage all stores in respective region as per Territory Managers and Area Managers to ensure the smooth functioning of each store as per the Operational guidelines.

- Assign Territory and Area wise targets and guide / mentor to respective Territory Managers and Area Managers to achieve them.

- Plan & Execute activities in its region, to achieve sales goal of entire region in coordination with Marketing and Merchandising team.

- Maintain disciplines among all direct and indirect reportees in coordination with the Audit team and take disciplinary actions against anyone involved in unethical practices or damaging Brand image or against organizational ethics.

- Improve customer service at stores in order to place all company policies in-place by creating new customers and retain them.

- Monitoring overall customer satisfaction in its region.

- Coordinate with internal team or vendors/distributors and responsible to maintain timely availability of merchandise.

- Conduct Territory or Area wise review and attend regional meetings for assigned region.

- Reports how the region is functioning and give timely feedback to Top Operations Leads on regular basis.

Requirements:

 Work Experience:+10 years

Special Certifications: Retail Operations Management (preferred)

Language:English and Hindi / Marathi

Any Special work condition required: Extensive travelling required
