Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and management to establish monthly sales plans and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of sales operations within the Marble, Ceramic Tiles division, building materials products.
- Implement town/cluster level Project Sales strategies to optimize Sales.
- Manage sales activities and collections with existing business partners, fostering strong relationships
- Develop and implement demand generation activities tailored to specific target
- Monitor and evaluate monthly, quarterly and yearly promotional schemes, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with clients across the assigned territories.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Ensuring timely in architect meets, contractors meets , dealer network, mason meets and channel audits
- To resolve the issue of customers for material quality and size variation or late delivery with consultation of plant team
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree & MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Previous experience in Retail sales, Channel sales, Project sales creation is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve goals within the assigned territory.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
