Salary: Upto 10 LPA
- Experience required for the role is between 4 to 6 Years in purely Recruitment Sales in Indian Market.

- To be considered for this role, you must have a background of managing a large team or region, and have knowledge of the Indian recruitment market. You will be a strong sales and people manager, with a strategic approach to success and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering consistent sales and financial results within the recruitment industry, preferably in temporary and permanent recruitment.
- You will work closely with your Operations Manager and the Board to develop the Vision for Manpower in the India and will then be responsible for implementing plans to realise that Vision.
- The Senior Business Manager will need to have the skills to coach, train and develop your teams, to enable us to smash our financial targets. Fundamental to this role will also be the ability to demonstrate the knowledge and methods required to enable your teams to deliver an industry leading service to our clients and candidates alike.
- You will need to lead from the front, contributing personally to delivering our financial results across the area, so will need a demonstrable record of personal billing success.
- You will also need to be an ambitious individual, who thrives on a challenge, loves working in a fast paced sales environment and has the drive and determination to succeed.
