Key Responsibilities :
- Increase business market share through developers in project marketing in the Retail Segment.
- Operational management.
Key Deliverable:
- Ensuring Company to be amongst the first to do project approvals working closely with Developer Relationship team and distribution team.
- Oversee retail loan penetration in approved projects working closely with distribution team.
- Project approvals in tandem with technical & distribution team.
- To develop business residential transactions and generate new avenues/products for enhancing business.
- To develop Builder relationships for multiple business opportunities for Project marketing/leasing/Investment.
- To manage relationship with key developer across levels. Manage existing / create new channels for acquiring business.
- Key Account Management, Acquire & nurture corporate customers for residential transactions
- To improve the team Productivity & cross sell.
- Marketing of Residential projects to occupiers/investors.
- To improve the team Productivity & cross sell.
- Ensure timely Collections.
- Adhere to regulatory requirement and Compliance.
