Regional Manager - Project Sales - Paint Industry

Responsibilities of a project sales manager include:

- Sales strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base

- Sales proposals: Draft sales proposals and price quotes

- Customer relationships: Initiate and nurture customer relationships

- Sales process: Observe the sales process and identify areas for improvement

- Sales team: Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, and monitor their performance

- Sales quotas: Ensure that company quotas are met

- Product testing: Undertake and monitor product testing

- Customer complaints: Track customer complaints and address issues
