Essential technical/functional knowledge and skills required to do this job
- Ability to handle small team
- Ability to independently handle large corporate and small retail customers.
- Prior experience in handling of Coal India & Subsidiaries in tender business.
- Good commercial knowledge from the point of machine sales
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent understanding of the customer's business and opportunity for revenue generation
- Good knowledge of the market and trends
- Excellent customer relationship management
Job Description:
- Responsible for Sales growth of Mineral Technology business in techno-commercially positioning.
- Responsible for achieving the sales budget and agreed market share while realizing Average selling price
- Responsible for visiting customer quarries, offices and presenting Crushing & Screening plants & Surface Miners to the sites & Head Quarters personnel to create awareness of Mineral Technology product
- Visiting sites to for prospecting, generating enquiries and technical feedback.
- Promote mining business (Track Crushers / Screens and Surface Miners)
- Customer prospecting and generating enquiries for Mineral Technology.
- Participation in X% of enquiries.
- Market intelligence.
Note:
Sales & Marketing for Mining equipment will be preferred.
