Job description :

- The candidate should have proficiency in ensuring customer satisfaction with timely delivery of services, identifying target market and exposure in initiating the start up operations for setting up new business

- As well as cementing healthy relationship with the clients for generating business.

- He should also demonstrate abilities in developing new business through effective market research.

- Adept at handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.

- He should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.

- Possess a flexible and detail oriented attitude.

Area of Expertise

Profit Center Operations / Sales and Marketing:

- Identifying and developing new stream for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share.

- Utilizing the public information and personal network to generating leads.

- Maintaining organization standard in customer centric business module.

Service and Operations:

- Overseeing overall operations and resolving all consumer queries.

- Maintaining a proper inventory for smooth and fast execution of all orders in hand.

- Planning / indenting materials to factory in every fortnight for faster deliveries and ready availability of stocks.

Sales Promotion:

- Designing and implementing marketing activities for enhancing visibility / coverage and reach.

- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements.

- Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.

- Responsible for the Quarterly Sales targets in South India Region for Electrical Division.

- Interacting with all major Large Scale Industries, Power contractors, State & Central Govt. departments like Power generation, Transmission & Distributors companies in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Karnataka.

- Managing direct customers across the entire states of South and coordinating with the channel partners for related sales supports.

- To organize enquiry generation, customer’s technical specification, submitting the offer, attending to the tenders.

- Handling Key Customer accounts like Power Generation Plants, Power contractors to co-ordinate a project along with our counter parts to bag/execute the projects for the imported products.

- Majorly concentrates on the upcoming and running projects to promote the product to user level to contractor level and to lock the specifications.

- Maintaining a Team of sales and service for the immediate response to the enquiries and the breakdowns.

- Interacting with all major Large Scale Industries, State & Central Govt. departments like APGENCO, TRANSCO, DISCOM, and NTPC etc.

- To organize enquiry generation, customer’s technical specification, submitting the offer, attending to the tenders.

- Discussions on the submitted offers, negotiations, competitor’s data & to analyze their offers.

- Conservation the offers into order.

- To execute the orders with co-ordination with our technical team, other business parties (if required) and customer to arrange site visit schedule, material dispatch and commercial documents like BG, road permits etc.

- Looking after the overall sales growth targets and payment follow-up & in time collection.

- To identify the business potential, creating business opportunity.

- Maintaining friendly and personal relationships with clients.

- To ensure customer satisfaction through timely support & service on pre & after sales issues.

- Specialized in the power protection systems like power protection Relays, circuit breakers.

Notable Contributions:

- To cover the sales across Andhra Pradesh and Major Contractors in TN and Karnataka.

- Generated business through Industrial as well as Domestic market.

- Enhanced the customer base by planned visits.

- To undertake good project orders under stiff competition.
