Location - Bangalore

CTC - 24 LPA

Exp : 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of retail stores within the region.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and implement improvements.

Sales and Profitability:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

- Analyze sales reports and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Work with store managers to optimize inventory levels and product assortments.

- Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure a high level of customer service across all stores.

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Implement customer feedback to improve service quality.

Marketing and Merchandising:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute regional promotional activities.

- Ensure stores are visually appealing and merchandise is presented effectively.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all stores comply with health and safety regulations.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards.

- Address any compliance issues promptly.

Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management.

- Communicate company updates, initiatives, and goals to store managers.

- Facilitate effective communication between stores and corporate headquarters.Key Responsibilities:
