- The Regional Operations Manager will serve as a key member from the Region as an advisor to the senior executive team regarding Operational strategy and support.
- The Regional Operations Manager will provide guidance and counsel in all areas of Customer Service, Sales and Operations to managers and directors on Business plan execution, financial issues, inputs for product development and management, Practitioner’s engagement, compliance, assessments and evaluations and all regular operations and functions at the Region level.
- Manage operations: staffing, customer service, revenue, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance and security & safety.
- Monitoring & reviewing all patient related services to ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction Index and NPS scores
- Responsible for turnover and profits, will be evaluated at EBITDA level.
- Asset performance improvements & P&L ownership of the Region.
- Strategic business forecasting.
- Identifying performance targets & account abilities, reviewing & evaluating performance against the targets, identifying & addressing deviations & its relevant causes. Is responsible for bottom line profitability and revenue generation as per target of the unit.
- Own customer satisfaction and quality audit results and supervise their drive up the charts.
- Implement review and control mechanisms.
- Ensures optimum utilization of facilities & services.
- Monitor the key performance indicators of the unit and initiate corrective action, whenever necessary.
- Enabling the employee’s development by specifying their job competencies & through training.
- Responsible for Doctors availability, consultation occupancies.
Desired Profile
- Candidate should be preferably with MHA / MHM
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-tasking, Team worker and leader skills required
- Have updated knowledge on Market Intelligence, Competition
- Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
Preferrable:
- Candidates with exposure in Diabetics market for atleast five years.
- Worked in Diabetics Management services preferably in a Hospital or chain of clinics
- Team handling experience of atleast 2-3 years

- Business plan Execution
- Doctors Engagement to the Model
- Customer and Doctor Satisfaction Index / NPS
- Regional P&L at EBIDTA level
