Profile
We are looking for a Regional Manager to supervise and enhance all business and operational aspects of the company. The candidate will be the first in command in the region and responsible for giving the proper direction as well as creating a vision for success in the region.
To thrive as a Regional Manager you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the "big picture" in a variety of settings. They will take action to grow the business by bringing new business and retaining the enrollments that are already done. The candidate has to ensure operational excellence and optimize cost.
The goal is to drive the company's development and guide it toward long-term success.
Key Result Areas:
- Responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) for her/his region.
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and effective running of operations at optimal cost as that directly impacts the P&L
- Understand, demonstrate and communicate the value proposition
- Developing and stabilizing a strong and winning team
- Building trust with parents, key partners, and stakeholders
- Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Drive a positive urgency to drive outcomes
Relevant Experience and Educational Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial position
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a vision
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- MSc/MA or Masters in business administration or relevant field
