They have a global footprint and have been recognized for their employee friendly culture.They are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager who can help them to get a stronger hold in India.
Job Description - As the Regional Manager (India), you be responsible for developing business and the distributor network in India by the following:
- Manage and develop existing distributor network for 2012
- Investigate potential for new distributor network for 2013 with long term growth for sales
- Identifying key regional markets within India
- Provide support and training to distributors to ensure high / maximum performance
- Conduct a full and detailed investigation of playground industry in India and develop business plan for future growth
- Development of sales in various market segments
- Develop new business
The Successful Candidate - The successful individual must have a Business Degree with a minimum of 8 years sales management experience with at least 3 years at a senior level in the property development or manufacturing industry. You must have exposure to distributor management and business development with strong ability to develop relationships. You will be a good communicator. You must be a self starter and able to work autonomously.
