Location: Mumbai

Salary Budget: 12-16 lakhs p.a.

Key Tasks

1. Run end to end Zonal marketing activities, deliver business plan requirements to support the customers and other colleagues in the organization

2. Ensure the execution of all Marketing Initiatives at the national level

3. Oversee local activations, new store marketing & improvement plans for underperforming stores

4. Oversee BTL Planning, Execution & VM Execution for stores across Value Format

5. Accountable for NSO Marketing, POS 2 Roll Out (Space Plan, Media Planning & Execution, POS 2 & VM execution) pan India

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure delivery of marketing plan (VM/ATL/Activation) & support stores through BTL Plan

2. Liaison with various stake holders like Trade Planning, Marcomm, VM, Category, Loyalty, finance, Pricing, NSO,SRD, D&L, State marketing leads & Operations - to ensure that all stake holders are on same page in order to roll out company's agenda related to customer communication, new store launch and other marketing initiatives.

3. Planning & execution of New Store Marketing.

4. Allocation of BTL Budget across the states & ensuring that the spend be within budget

5. BTL Planning & Execution (Weekdays/Weekend Leaflet, Coupon Activation, Catalogue Insertion, D2D distribution etc.)

6. Maximize the reach to customers on Weekdays & Weekend through leaflet distribution

7. Store Visit as per weekly schedule & ensure Availability, Visibility & Communication for Key promos, audit VM execution as per VM docket - ensure that Key promos have Stock availability and properly communicated in planned location

8. Secondary Space Planning for any new store launch (Liaisoning with NSO, SRD, Categories, Loyalty for preparing this Plan)

9. Finalize offers for Catalogue, Ad, Coupon, Outdoor etc (Pre analysis of Category wise sales performance in the particular City & decide on the Key promo for Print)

10. Media Planning (ATL, BTL, Outdoors etc) Execution for NSO/re-launch - Effective Store Launch with a robust communication plan

11. Analyze category performance, promo efficacy, media communication effectiveness etc.

12. Training & Development of Team Members

Education Qualification

Graduate (Any Discipline) with MBA. (MBA in marketing preferred)
