Education: MBA /Equivalent from reputed institute

Role: Leading and initiating marketing and VM initiatives for the region in line with Brand attributes to create brand experience and to facilitate retail to reach their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

New store launch:

- Understand the media, current local events in the vicinity or in the city

- Provide formal brief to the event agency with clear deliverables

- Mall Recci, select space for Branding and coordinate with HO and its implementation

- Demographic and psychographic understanding of new markets dynamic at mall/store level/city level

- Competition strength and profile of customer in that vicinity

- Create a concept to create PR and press Interest

- BTL activation for three weeks till the time the store doesn- t achieve or is in par with the budgeted sales

- Monitor the implementation of marketing activities in new stores vis a vis planned output

Consumer Offer:

- Design and ideate and creative liaison from HO

- Report Cost Benefit analysis and Weekly analysis to HO

- Identify tie up for consumer offer and BTL initiatives

Existing stores:

- Monitor Store performance and analyze the activities initiated in Monday meeting to improvise or change the same

- Deploy best practices and successful marketing initiative across various stores

- Tie up for TIC programme and constant increase in the TIC enrollment

- Create black for all creative and learning documented for reference

- Competition learning and analysing their initiative in the region

- Ensure qualitative execution by working with approved and qualified vendor

VM:

- Ensure new store VM plan

- Evaluate all the VM initiatives and Planogram of the MPM storewise

- Monitor VM initiatives based on the ROS

- Create synergy between VM and Marketing initiative

Regional level activities:

- Complete control of budget allocated for VM and Marketing activities

- Reduce the cost through effective planning and execution

- Plan region specific events, Conduct regular activities to create buzz for the brand at the catchment

- Implement brand campaigns to keep up the imagery of brand

- Ensure quarterly and half yearly marketing calendar is prepared along with the team and implemented at the region

- Create additional promotional activities apart from what is in the HO calendar

- Analyse BEP store performance and plan activities for the store

- Work within the budget allocated

- Vendor development: Identify local vendors, negotiations, ensure good quality

- Work with marketing and store team as identified by store manager for a specific promo

- Share the process note with store manager

- Work closely with RM and AM for new store launches and BEP stores

People management:

- Supervise, guide and develop VM executives and marketing executives

- Lead them through example and timely feedback to HO on their training and performance
