Regional Manager - Marine Travel Services

Position : Regional Manager - Gujarat - Marine

Job Summary :

- The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the Gujarat region for the company's marine travel services.

- This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, coordinating with operations teams, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Growth :

- Achieve and exceed assigned GMV targets for the region.

Agent Network :

- Increase the number of transacting travel agents in the Gujarat market.

Operations Coordination :

- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth booking processes and customer satisfaction.

Agent Engagement :

- Maintain regular contact with travel agents to foster strong relationships and secure bookings.

Revenue Generation :

- Maximize revenue and profitability through effective sales strategies.

Profitability :

- Manage P&L for the region and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Business Development :

- Onboard new travel agents and partners to expand the company's reach.

Target Achievement :

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 9-15 years of experience in B2B sales within the travel industry, with a focus on travel agents.

Domain Expertise :

- Proven experience in representing Destination Management Companies (DMCs).

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Problem-Solving :

- Ability to identify and address challenges effectively.

- Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player attitude.

Adaptability :
