Experience 13 to 23 years

Industry - Manufacturing, Retail, QSR, FMCG.

Qualification- Any Graduate/technical diploma

- 15 to 20 years of managing logistics operation at regional level, warehouse management experience (Inbound/Outbound) and related network in an ecommerce or a large complex environment .

- Build and implement operational processes for various product categories including Food & Grocery, General Merchandise.

- Strategies and implement expansion plan in the region. Design and drive operations to align with customer expectations

- Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities.

- Create and own operations budget. Focus on continuous service improvement and cost reduction

- Strategies and implement expansion plan in the region

- Engagement mechanism with internal and external stakeholders for a long-term relationship

- lead operations for the assigned region and be the owner of customer metrics while identifying and expanding operations in various cities.

- Periodic reporting and reviews with customers on performance metrics

- Willing to travel across region to ensure process compliances and operational efficiency
