Regional International Business Development Manager (P&L Responsibility):

- You will be responsible for Key Accounts to lead and manage the sales and marketing activities for the firm from a strategic and tactical level.

- Develops and implements sales strategies and plans, establishes strong customer relationships, and ensures that the team is equipped with the resources and tools needed for success.

- Works with the marketing and product teams to adjust the information and products according to the customer.

- Monitor sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys and review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

- Meet key clients with maintaining relationships in negotiating and closing deals.

- Deliver sales presentations to key clients.

- Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by developing sales territories, quotas and goals.

- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

- Analyse sales statistic to formulate policy in promoting sales.

- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.

- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

- Managing several projects in order to answer customer requirements and increase the volume of business.

- Managing on purchasing agreements and service level agreements.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA with 3-5 Years of comparable sales experience in market development, account planning, customer engagement, etc. in the Manufacturing or other Industry in an International Market.

2. Must be a proven performer in the achievement of deadlines and targets.

3. Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience.

4. Skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies for targeted accounts.

5. Excellent financial skills and business acumen.

6. Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.

7. Skilled in conducting territory analysis and planning.

8. Able to work independently with little supervision.

9. Being a team player with ability and willingness to learn from working as a hands-on member of a team.

10. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation abilities, analytical skills essential as well as accuracy and attention to detail.

11. Energetic and passionate professional with ability to work with a diverse stakeholder set, both internally and externally.
