Goal Sheet for Regional HR Manager
Recruitment:- Weightage(40%)
TAT Achievement -
MRF initiation to offer as per agreed timeline.
MRF to onboarding as per agreed timeline.
Quality of hire -
- Business feedback on the new hiring.
- First year rating of the new hire.
- Incentive achievement (Eligibility Vs Achievement) of the new hire.
Cost of hire -
- Source Mix in the region as per pre defined levels.
- Consultant cost as per budget.
- Naukri Usage and closure of candidates through database search as per agreed SOP.
- Reference candidates as per agreed SOP.
- Campus/MT program execution in your region.
- Onboarding -
- Compliance as per SOP.
Documentation -
- Employee file creation within 7 days of joining.
Reports & MIS -
- As per agreed SOP & Timelines.
Employee Engagement:- Weightage(20%)
Branch Visits -
- As per mutually agreed travel calendar.
- All Branches to be visited at least once during a quarter.
Attrition -
- 0-1 year attrition no's within the prescribed limit.
- Overall attrition in the region must be under 10%.
Employee Connect -
- 30-60-90 days connect with New Joiners.
- Structured employee connect initiatives with existing manpower.
Employee Grievance -
- Closure of grievance to be ensured promptly and data to be maintained for proper analytics.
R&R -
- Drive initiatives taken up by HO Team.
- Introduce & Implement innovative ways of recognizing employees in the region.
- HR Operations:- Weightage(20%)
Employee Exit -
- Closure of F&F of resigned employee, sending all documents to HO within TAT.
Data Collation -
- Monthly attendance collation of Off roll employees as per timeline.
Goal Sheets -
- Finalization of Goal Sheets of new employee within 30 days of joining.
PMS -
- Drive for closure of activities as per the plan.
HRMS -
- Drive DB adoption within the region.
Training:- Weightage(10%)
- Initiatives Taken for the region.
General Administration:- Weightage(10%)
- Ensure upkeep & quality of hygiene at branch offices.
- Be a SPOC for HO Admin Team for implementing the SOP's.
