Job Title: Regional HR Manager
Location: Patna
Role Overview: As the Regional HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the human resources function across Patna, Jharkhand, and Orrisa. This challenging yet rewarding position entails a dual responsibility of managing Talent Acquisition (TA) activities and serving as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and industry networks.
HR Business Partner:
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, understanding their objectives and aligning HR initiatives accordingly.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Drive HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
- Work closely with the corporate HR team to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA-HR.
- Proven experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner roles with relevant industry.
