Role: This role is a mix of Recruitment (60%) and Generalist (40%)
Job description
- He/she would be responsible to oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, payroll management admin, and other HR functions.
- Responsibilities include training new hires, managing employee data, and taking steps to retain people.
- He/she is responsible for ensuring the competitiveness of the organization in terms of employee productivity, cost, and talent capability across the locations.
- He/She is responsible for advocating people's values and culture through the design and implementation of the HR strategy, policies, and procedures.
- The role holder is a key driver of change management initiatives and building of the organization's culture through efficient people management practices across the diverse businesses of the Organization.
Qualifications & Experience: MBA with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience
Industry Preference: FMCG or Telecom
