Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations in the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand regions.

- The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of HR experience, with a strong track record in managing regional HR functions, driving employee engagement, and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
