MBA / Diploma with 13 - 15 years of work experience in HR Generalist role. Knowledge of Retail / Hospitality Industry
- Compensation Management,Knowledge of Retail / Hospitality Industry/Compensation Management/Learning and Development/Labour Laws/Employee Management/Statutory Compliance/Learning and Development/Labour Laws/Employee Management/Statutory Compliance.
- Timely sourcing of requirements as per approved headcount report. All hiring to be done as per Competency framework
- Conduct Screening Interviews and reference checks
- All recruitment/ joining formalities to be completed in the specified time frames
- Training Needs Analysis based on the competency Mapping.
- Provide support to Corporate Training division so that trainings may be conducted as per the Annual Training Calendar.
- Provide feedback on training needs of the market region to corporate Training division to be able to have customized Performance Improvement Plans for every employee.
- Provide feedback/ Inputs on the existing compensation structure keeping in mind the Organizational needs, budgets, tax implications and statutory norms
- Suggest Career opportunities for employees within the company based on IJPs and their growth
- Ensure that the PMS cycle timings and deadlines are adhered to
- Monitor timelines, negotiation of contracts, coordination with legal experts to build compliance clauses in the outsourced service contracts o ensure that company interests are protected
- Knowledge of Org Design to be able to identify structural issues that impact employees and recommend interventions
