Location: Bangalore
Position Summary:
- Heading the HR function for the Region, and driving end to end people agenda, including Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, business partnering
Key Accountabilities:
- Work as a HR Business Partner, in close association with all the key stakeholders in the geography
- Drive all HR Initiatives in the field (Including implementation of HR Policies / Processes)
- Support in institutionalizing a strong performance culture
- Work as a HR advisor and support Business leaders on all people related matters
- Undertake different HR benchmarking initiatives for improving efficiency
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Post-Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment
- Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
- Conceptually strong
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills - both oral as well as written
Age (Min to Max) : 25 - 32 years
Experience (Min to Max) : 4 - 8 years
Specific Qualification: Post Graduate/ MBA with specialization in HR
% Travel Required in this Position: 4 - 5 days a month
