Salary offered:10 - 18 LPA
The incumbent will be responsible for managing end to end HR processes
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for open position; manage various recruitment partners and ensure robust resume pipeline for all the open positions and conduct Prescreening interviews
- Prepare timely reports, discuss insights with stakeholders
- Track relevant HR matrices and managing dashboards
- Plan and execute the Professional Development process - generate reviews, track review submission, prepare requisite reports to track progress
- Support and drive compensation and benefits benchmarking study
- Provide support to implement new HR programs and activities
- Identify and execute key projects and initiatives for the team
- Identify relevant training programs and training agencies to execute them
Desired skills required
- Sound understanding of HR function, fundamentals and processes, should have managed more than 2 states.
- Proficient in Excel, Power point with ability to manage MIS and reporting
- Effective communicator, with proven problem solving skills
- Strong team player ability, collaborative, inclusive approach to working with the team
- High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to take lead on coordinating and executing logistics on hands on basis
- Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams
- Strong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize
