Regional Manager - Human Resource - Healthcare - West

We have the following requirement for with MNC Healthcare Firms in Mumbai

Regional Manager - HR for West (Mumbai, Pune & Ahmedabad).

Role is to:

- Manage a team of 10 members & reporting to VP - HR.

- The incumbent should have experience of managing mid-size HR team.

- This is a generalist profile, however being Healthcare service industry & also the company is expanding in West

- The focus would be on talent acquisition - identifying the talent sources/pool across West locations (Mentioned above).

- Business partnering role & would involve managing around 600 employees across.

- The role would have to address people grievances & would involve travel to locations.

The position would operationally report to Regional Manager West & Functionally to VP - HR. The incumbent should be assertive & should be able to drive people initiatives.

MBA HR (Full Time/MSW/MPM with 7 years + experience.

CTC would be max upto 10 lacs pa.
