Regional Manager-HR (Generalist)
Job description:
- Responsible to drive talent acquisition for all levels across region.
- Partnering with leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.
- Responsible for managing employee life cycle for the Zone. This includes Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and HR initiatives.
- Ensure effective coordination with Internal teams -for smooth On-Boarding, joining documentation and external background check process.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Implement best Operational practices, Coordinate, and facilitate calls and meetings with various teams to capture and drive actions and issues and flag risks.
- Ensuring employee engagement through branch visits, communication meets and engagement activities. Also, responsible for handling employee relation issues and ensuring legal compliance.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and Attrition.
- Ensure all monthly HR dashboards are prepared for management review.
