The incumbent will partner the leadership team for a function on all people management related agenda. The partner co-leads the, capability building, identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees.
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:
- Understands the business agenda (org & function level) to partner with teams and deliver people agenda in line with business priorities
Partner to:
- Implement the talent management agenda for the managerial workforce through internal talent assessment
- Ensure engagement & retention of talent.
- Identify the capability needs and develop capabilities aligned to business priorities for for the key talent within function(development plans, career discussions, functional capability assessments)
- Design and implement the future ready structure for the organization enabling higher productivity & better efficiencies
- Build culture and drive employee engagement agenda through execution and compliance of engagement action plans (team /organization level)
- Manage key people processes end to end and provide consistent employee support
- Solid stakeholder engagement: Deeply engage with various stakeholders to identify significant opportunities and translate into projects, aligned to the business objective/growth plan for the year and provide on time and quality solution
