Regional Manager- HRBP (ecommerce startup)
We are currently retained by a leading well-funded startup to hire a strong HRBP for their business.
This role will offer you to the opportunity to provide HR business partnering to the regional team. Being a business partner role, you will get to work on a variety of areas- people management, change management, organization development, policy design, culture management, and employee engagement.
The role will include:
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes.
- Responsible for elevating the employee experience by driving HR processes for the region.
- Driving change management, organization development, policy design and implementation.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals in a high growth, rapidly changing environment.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate.
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the organization.
- Work with regional leaders on all performance management and reward processes.
- Lead a team of 8-10 HR Specialists and provide HRBP to 1000+ employees
To fit the bill, you must have:
- MBA with 5+ years of HRBP experience in a startup
- Strong people management, change management and OD experience
- Strong stakeholder management and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have handled 1000+ span and a team of 5 members
