Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm has been retained by a leading Travel company (Market leader in Travel ecommerce across India) to fulfill the following mandate: -
Profile: Entrepreneurial Regional Manager/ Sr. Manager for Hotels Line of Business/ Contracting
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to build and structure large sales/ supply/ BD organizations. Someone who might have set things up from scratch in his past experience
- Ability to build relationship. Should be able to manage large accounts as well as small accounts.
- Passionate about internet & travel ecommerce.
- Should be able to travel across India and abroad.
- The individual should possess strong analytical capabilities. He should be someone who has the ability to drive result via use of analytics and numbers.
- Excellent negotiation skills
Preferred profile:
- Prior experience in travel industry would be an added advantage, however not necessary.
- MBA/ Engineering from Tier 1 School.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in PnL management/ Sales/ Revenue management/ B2B alliances
- Candidates from Leadership Sales Profile/Business Development/Key Account Management from FMCG, Liquor, Banking & Pharma OTC may apply
- Candidates from Leadership experience in the Buying & Merchant development teams of e-commerce organizations may apply
- Candidates with Institutional sales profiles from companies that are selling to hospitality sector Eg selling technology solutions to hospitality sector/Hotels/Hospitals.
