Job Title : Regional Manager

Location- Lucknow; Mumbai; Nagpur and Bangalore (one each location)

Exp. : 10 yrs

Salary : 22 LPA

Industry : FTL (Full Truck Load) (must)

NOTE :

- Candidate must have handled minimum 1 crore od business on monthly basis

- Must have handled a team of sales and operation of 1o to 15 people

JD : Should have handled a team of Sales and Operations. Also P&L exp. must

Role Objective : To drive business and operation of the region as per business strategy.

Key Job Responsibility :

- Drive organizational strategy across the regions based on overall corporate strategy

- Drive sales and customer retention in the region

- Identify, evaluate and develop new business for company and retain the existing business.

- Manage the operation in the assigned territory to maintain the desired service levels

- Guide, mentor and coach the Team on sales and operational performance and HR related matters.

- Undertake other duties as may be assigned by the BU head.

- Recruit, assess, train, mentor, develop and manage regional team & direct reporting staff.

- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, vendors and regulatory/official bodies.
