Job Title: Regional Finance Governance Manager

Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Education: CA

Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Industry (preferably Consumer goods) in the field of Accounting and Financial Controlling

Role: Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and steer the Regional Finance Organization (Shared Service provider & Countries) to ensure:

- Compliance with Global Standard Processes. Supporting teams to adopt standard processes.

- Monitor and drive operational performance (compliance & efficiency KPI's for accounting and digitization.)

- Support in timely and efficient closing process as a regional key user and correct reporting of Financial results as per IFRS.

- Actively interface with Shared Service Center and local finance organization to resolve financial queries and ensure improved operation.

- Development of Financial processes and achieve process optimizations.

- Support and contribute to Global Finance project's rollouts into the Region (Kick off, testing, coordination, Go live and hypercare).

- Drive process standardization . e.g. local specificities, drive exception into defined standard process.).

Requirement:

- Broad and in-depth knowledge and expertise in accounting know how as per IFRS, end to end process know Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report, financial systems (SAP ERP FI/CO module).

- Experience in working with international teams or projects and together with Shared service provider.

- Good social skills and personal integrity; excellent process and continuous improvement mindset. Taking the lead, driving results, convincing and delivering high performance under significant time pressure.

- Leadership capabilities working/steering a heterogeneous and Global acting team (cross cultural skills). Senior stakeholder's management.

- Good knowledge in written and spoken English.

- Should have worked largely in accounting and not in planning/analysis.

- Should have managed financial closing/ audit (with big 4).
